Sensations launched in 2002 as Walkers' "posh" range of crisps and became an instant favourite with the British public. The new crunchier crisp combined with some unique and exotic flavours, such as Thai Sweet Chilli, made them irresistible to millions of households across the nation.
Always innovative, we launched a new crisp flavour Slow Roasted Lamb & Mint, alongside a range of crackers including Peking Spare Rib & Five Spice. Sensations began to become a welcome regular at dinner parties across the country.
We like to push the barriers with texture as well as flavour, so in 2004 Sensations launched Poppadoms. The zesty and fresh tasting Lime & Coriander Chutney was immediately a popular snack to share with friends.
In 2009 we continued the flavour journey by introducing these exciting new flavours; Southern Style Barbeque, Buffalo Mozzarella & Herbs and Oriental Red Curry. We also took the opportunity to refresh our brand with a new black look, no artificial ingredients and some exciting advertising.
In 2011 we updated our packs to highlight our great ingredients and make them easier to spot in the shops. We also added a taste of Latin America to our range with two new varieties: Mexican Fiery Sweet Chipotle and Smoked Monterrey Chilli with Goats Cheese. We also launched our brand new Facebook page with exciting offers, competitions and recipes to help you discover sensational new ways to enhance your nights in.
We pushed boundaries again with the launch of a new range of irresistible flavoured nuts, including Mexican Smoked Chilli Coated Peanuts & Chinese Szechuan Pepper Coated Peanuts. Perfect for sharing with friends and family to add a little indulgence to your next night in.
We added to our irresistible range of flavoured nuts with the launch of Thai Sweet Chilli coated nuts, which proved to be an instant hit!
We are taking Sensations flavours into the world of popcorn with the launch of an amazing range of sweet and salty flavoured popcorn, including our iconic Thai Sweet Chilli flavour and new Sweet Cinnamon and Salt.
